5-a-side, fast, free-flowing Ultimate Frisbee!
Combine the elements of Soccer, Netball and American Football. This fun sport is a great cardio workout; that also improves hand-eye co-ordination; and develops new skills such as the backhand, forehand and overhead throws.
Non-contact and self-officiated with game support officials on hand to assist.
