WEST COAST FEVER CUP
This is the upper primary school netball competition for years 3-6. Modified rules allow for maximum participation, enjoyment and skill development. Netball WA can assist schools in joining an established competition in their area or in the development of a new competition. Schools that currently participate in a primary school competition are encouraged to register their competition as a West Coast Fever Cup.
The emphasis of this competition should always be on playing for FUN rather than on winning.
Participating schools receive participation certificates and a West Coast Fever Poster for each student involved. Winning teams of each division will be awarded a West Coast Fever Cup Trophy and West Coast Fever water bottles for the members of the winning team.Â
 PRESENTATIONS
Please Note: All schools that register to be part of a West Coast Fever Cup carnival go into a draw to win a Golden Hour with West Coast Fever representatives, at their school.
CHAMPIONS CUP
This is an invitation only carnival
The winning school from the highest year 5/6 division in each West Coast Fever Cup will be invited to contest the Champions Cup.
The format will be a one day round robin carnival
The carnival will be held at Perth Netball and State Netball Centres, Jolimont.
CLINICS
The Netball in Schools Program aims to increase participation in netball within all primary schools in WA. The clinics are designed to give primary school aged children the very best introduction to netball possible in a fun, encouraging and safe environment. The sessions are age appropriate and are designed for children to learn netball through play and game based activities.
The Netball in Schools clinics consist of NetSetGO Clinics (suitable for Pre-Primary – 5) and School Clinics (suitable for year 6 – 12). Netball WA also offers WACE clinics where students undergo upskilling end education in preparation for their WACE Netball studies. Netball WA Accredited Advanced Coaches will lead your students through a series of sessions focusing on the execution and delivery of a range of skills.
The clinics incorporate skill activities, minor games and modified matches and will be coordinated by accredited coaches to ensure a quality experience for all participants. Netball WA encourages the inclusion of participants with disabilities in to the mainstream clinics, or specific clinics can be tailored to meet the needs of individual skill levels.
