PRIMARY CHAMPION SCHOOLS GOLF

INFORMATION

• Individuals must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• The competition will comprise nine (9) holes Stableford for players with handicaps OR 9 hole Modified Stroke for players without an official golf handicap. If the GA handicaps are higher than 36 for boys and 45 for girls they will play off 36 and 45 respectively in the Stableford competition.
• Schools may enter more than one team, but a responsible adult must accompany each team.
• Individuals can enter and play for individual prizes. If there are multiple entries from the same school – a team will be created.
• The Modified Stroke will be played at a full-length distance with modified rules. At all times for the Modified Stroke there is a 10-stroke rule; once a player reaches 10 strokes they must pick up their ball and move on to the next hole. A score of 10 will be marked on the card.
• If a Modified Stroke player is in a bunker, 2 shots are permitted to get out. If unsuccessful the player will pick the ball up and place it up to two club lengths forward of the bunker.
