Individual Nomination Form 2010

SSWA is trialling regional teams in the tournament for 2010. Individuals will be able to nominate through their schools. Individuals who nominate will be allocated into regional teams. Dependent on numbers it is possible that teams may be mixed.

 

Regional Teams will be ineligible for the Schools Tournament Trophy. A separate trophy, medallion or certificate will be considered for the best regional team. Regional teams will be coached at the tournament by senior Como SHS Hockey Academy students.
