Champion Schools Basketball Competition

In each term a Champion Schools competition will be held as an extension of the Association Cup competitions.  Schools involved in each of the respective venues will be eligible.   The number of schools invited from each centre may vary to accommodate large and small leagues at these centres and schools invited will be identified at the conclusion of each of the Association Cup league events.   The Champion Schools event will involve another whole day and schools must be aware of this requirement if entering the Association Cup competition.  No further costs will be incurred by schools for their participation.

Nomination Dates:	Term 1 Competitions - 18 December 2009 Term 2 Competitions - 29th April 2010 [Schools are advised to nominate early as there may be team limits for divisions]
Cost:	$25  per team (TBC) Schools will be forwarded a tax invoice from the SSWA office.

Format:	Round Robin: Three divisions (boys, girls, mixed - limited teams available and will be entered into boys competition if limited entries).  Year 5 - 7 students are eligible.
Fixtures to Schools:	Fixtures will be available prior to the first game on the day.

Additional Information:	Referees generously supplied by high schools within the regions.  All teams must have a coach/manager.
