Student
health forms of students at risk must be in the possession of the designated

Written
parental consent must be obtained so that parents can make an informed decision
about their child’s participation. Activity

needs to be noted that this written consent does not indemnify the designated
official(s) from usual duty of care responsibilities.
All
attending team members need to be aware of any emergency procedures that may be
enacted during the excursion.
